About

These are the musings of a young woman in the process of meeting idealism with reality through a hopeful lens of Christ’s kingdom. My classrooms have been the white walls of suburbia, public and private learning institutions, a bike seat from Oregon to Tennessee, parents with cancer, the beaches and mountains of Santa Cruz, Ca and my most recent adventure unfolding in Perú. I take risks, love hard, writhe, laugh, royally screw things up and find my way back through God’s grace over and over. I’m knowing myself through an adventurous process of elimination it seems. It’s a bit narcissistic, probably, to write so much about oneself and post it for the world to see. But life’s a story in the making and I could use some editors, feedback, and companions along the way.

I’ll leave the rest of the figuring out up to you.

This is my journey and I am en route . . .
