Bracelets
Quick and easy. I currently wear a black and white one that says “Least of These” on one side and “Small things with great love” on the other. I’ve been making these for friends for several years now and love it because it means so much more than just strings of beads. Not that strings of beads are bad . . . you know what I’m saying. Check it out. This one was for my friend Sheri. I can stitch it like this or like the words on the shirt (just know that the shirt took a much longer time than the bracelet).
T-Shirt
This is my first T-shirt! If anyone else wants a shirt you can mail me a shirt and I will work with it, or I will wander to the local thrift store and look for more basic shirts.
p.s. It was inspired by a piece called “Amish for Homeland Security” in Shane Claiborne’s recent book Jesus for President. Look for the rest of the story in upcoming updates.
Here’s a closer look at some of the detail
So here is the skinny. Basically I can do custom orders, I’ll even try to get some pictures of the basic materials I have to work with. Give me a call and we can talk about what you are looking for. I am looking at seven weeks of unemployment and would love to exchange a one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted, and meaningful piece for a few dollars for groceries and insurance.
Let’s just call it a donation based exchange. You can mail me a check for whatever you think it is worth.
It will require a lot of conversation between you and I, but I am SO excited for the possibilities. And I will have to mail the items during the busiest mailing season of the year and cannot guarantee on-time delivery. E-mail me if you are interested at emelia.robinson@gmail.com
Think about something meaningful for yourself or a loved one and I will try to make it happen!!!

Aw! That makes me SO happy to hear that! Tonight I made one that said “Foxy Orthodoxy” for a friend that I thought would have made you laugh. The phrase came from a combination of inside jokes and our ever-present quest for (God’s) Truth.
